Design Department

About 20 designers are working on modern computer systems to create our own and customer designs.

Tufting

Our tufting department is equipped with eight modern tufting machines - all in 420 cm in width- to cover all styles

• one 1/8” cut pile
• two  1/10” loop pile
• two  5/32” cut pile
• one 1/10” cut pile

Printing

Printing is our business. The strong relationship to Zimmer, Austria guarantees the most modern digital jet printing system for carpet.

• one ChromoJet with 12 colours in 4 m width
• one ChromoJet with 24 colours in 4 m width
• one ChromoJet with 12 colours in 2 m with
• one ChromoJet-MP Mat Printer
• three ChromoJet sample printer

Backing

We offer gel-foam backing for mat and scatter rugs. Action back is used for wall-to-wall carpet.
We have two backing lines:

• one Babcock - BTM backing line in 4 m width for gel foam and secondary backing
• one backing line in 4 m width for gel foam and special backings

Rubber Backing

Jackson started 2003 with development and manufacturing of rubber backed mats for the laundry and promotion industry.

• three mat backing machines for sizes up to 205 cm in width

Cutting, Carving

we can finish the rugs and mats according to customers request. 300 curving tools; 30 overlocking machines

Packing, Shipping

We pack, label and ship according to customers demand. Mats and rugs can be already labeled with customers labels.

Qingdao has an international port from where all parts of the world can be reached.  We export to all Asia including Japan, to Europe and to America and Canada.
